Danny Reyes, Head Grower at Kind Love, brings over 15 years of cultivation experience to the cannabis industry, with the last four years rooted in Oklahoma. Born and raised in Florida, Danny shifted from football to his passion for cannabis cultivation at the age of 20. His career has taken him from San Diego to Oklahoma, building a reputation for precision, consistency, and plant-focused care. At Kind Love, he leads the cultivation team through every stage of the grow—overseeing everything from seed or clone to harvest and cure. His responsibilities include team scheduling, crop steering tailored to specific strains, environmental control management, and strict IPM and microbe application protocols.

Danny is most passionate about working hands-on with the plant and creating high-quality medicine—a process he describes as both beautiful and fulfilling. His approach is guided by dedication, focus, and love, and his personal motto, “Grow through what you go through,” reflects the intention he brings to every harvest.
