Chelsea Dougless is the Assistant Manager of Kind Love’s Downtown location, where she has proudly been a part of the team for nearly six years. A dedicated leader, she focuses on providing patients with the best medicine and customer service in Oklahoma while also supporting and guiding her coworkers. Chelsea takes pride in the strong sense of teamwork and family she’s built with her crew, considering them one of the most rewarding parts of her career. One of her most memorable experiences was helping put together the Admiral store before it opened, a moment that filled her with pride and a deep connection to the growth of Kind Love.

Beyond her professional role, Chelsea is a proud mother of two and a lover of spooky things, oddities, and all things unusual. She enjoys drawing, colored pencil art, photography, and singing, and at home she cherishes family time with her children and two goofy dogs—often while watching episodes of Community.
